Make OpenWorkProof's public community record discoverable from both READMEs. Add source-linked directory listings, the external Judgment Pack study, AgentGuard's integration experiment, protocol discussions, DEV articles, and discovery/check pages. Keep the maintainer's unmerged OpenClaw proposals and pending directory submissions in a separate collapsed section.
The text distinguishes project records from personal participation and external authors' work. It identifies AgentGuard's integration branch, preserves Study 014's limited scope, and does not turn listings, discussions or automated scores into institutional adoption or security certification. Status was checked on 2026-10-26.
Validation: reviewed public GitHub records and original publications; both language sections have the same 19 source links and balanced disclosure markup;
git diff --checkpassed. Only README.md and README_en.md change; runtime code is unchanged.
