Add MCPRush's live listing card to the Chinese and English README introductions. The card links to the OpenWorkProof listing; adjacent text points readers to the scoring details and scan scope without hardcoding a grade, download count, or scan-version claim.
Validation: only the two README files changed;
git diff --checkpassed. The card returns HTTP 200 with valid SVG content, and the click-through resolves to the correct public listing. This documentation-only change does not alter runtime behavior.
