Closes #434

The header claimed nothing was kept from the folder after an install, which
is true only for Check for Updates, since that path removes its download. A
build from a clone left build/Library.app behind, and the README never said
the one-liner runs in a temporary folder that stays.

install.sh now removes build/, which it has already copied from, so only the
.build compile cache remains. The cache is kept on purpose: deleting it
would make every later update.sh compile the app from scratch. The header
names that folder, and the README says the temporary folder can be deleted.
