[directmailamerica] Add DirectMailAmerica plugin

Adds a directmailamerica plugin that connects to DirectMailAmerica's official hosted MCP server. The server is built and run by Rainmaker LLC d/b/a DirectMailAmerica.com.

What's included

• third_party/directmailamerica/mcp.json: HTTP server at https://directmailamerica.com/api/mcp, with Authorization: Bearer ${DIRECTMAILAMERICA_API_KEY}
• plugin.json (1.0.0, cursor 3.13.0) with a required DIRECTMAILAMERICA_API_KEY variable, plus a README, CHANGELOG, MIT LICENSE and a 256x256 logo (DirectMailAmerica's official mark)
• Three skills under skills/: dma-send-mail, dma-email-to-letter and dma-order-status, each with a name that matches its directory
• A marketplace entry appended last, with the same description as plugin.json, and a row in the root README table

Auth

The user supplies a workspace API key, created at directmailamerica.com under Developers, and the plugin sends it as a Bearer header. No key is included in the plugin. lbl_test_ keys never buy postage.

Safety

Mailing prints and sends real USPS mail and spends money. Every skill tells the agent not to call send_letter, send_product_quote or approve_email_letter until the user has explicitly approved the exact preview, the addresses and the price, and to ask again if anything changes. Email to Letter rules default to approval mode, and automatic sending needs the user's explicit consent. The status skill is read-only.

Validation

node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs passes.

Overview
Adds a new directmailamerica marketplace plugin so Cursor agents can use DirectMailAmerica’s hosted MCP server for USPS letters/postcards, Email-to-Letter workflows, and order tracking.

The plugin wires mcp.json to https://directmailamerica.com/api/mcp with Bearer auth from a required user DIRECTMAILAMERICA_API_KEY (no secrets in-repo). It ships manifest/docs (MIT), logo, and three skills—dma-send-mail, dma-email-to-letter, and dma-order-status—that emphasize quoting/previews and explicit user approval before any paid send or email-letter approval. Marketplace marketplace.json and the root README plugin table are updated to list the integration.
