p_entry_point includes
0=ALL,
1 Child Protective Services (CPS),
2 Alternative Response System (ARS) ,
3 Family Reconciliation Services (FRS),
4 Risk Only,
5 Child Family Welfare Services (CFWS),
6 Family Assessment Response (FAR))
