feat: sync API client with latest Crowdin and Enterprise API

Brings the client up to date with the current Crowdin API and Crowdin Enterprise API specs. All changes are backward compatible.

New endpoints

• Reports (Enterprise): organization/group report status and download, organization report settings templates, and project reports for Enterprise clients (previously unreachable)
• Labels: assign/unassign strings
• Translation memory: edit segment
• Translations: validate QA checks
• AI: project AI settings, fine-tuning datasets/jobs/events, all and supported provider models, request log exports, member usage
• Applications: KV storage records, installation bundle upload, installation update check/apply
• New services: dictionary, systemPlaceholder, advisor
• Enterprise-only services: customPlaceholder (organization + project placeholders), organization, client, customSpellchecker, externalQaCheck; team/user project permissions and contributions; Enterprise\TaskApi::listOrganizationTasks()

Updates

• ~100 new response fields on 27 existing models
• BaseModel::nullableInt/String/Bool/Float/Array() helpers
• Deprecated API fields and params marked @deprecated; 37 wrong @link operation ids fixed

Fixes

• LabelApi::unassignScreenshots() now sends ids as a query parameter
• Project::isExportTranslatedOnly() and StringTranslation::getCreatedAt() no longer throw TypeError

Endpoints the API marks as deprecated were intentionally not added.
