Sync vendor/pstack to upstream pstack 0.15.29 at 88d47514b8. - vendor/pstack matches upstream pstack at 88d47514b8, which restores sharpen and updates poteto-help sharpen rows. - upstream.json and the README badge name 0.15.29. - t3/overrides/poteto-help carries both upstream lines in T3 terms with the Dollar prefix reapplied. - skills/sharpen/SKILL.md is regenerated with no override. The lock is refreshed for the two re-ported files. - python3 scripts/check.py reports no Cursor leftovers.
