Make the tool look like the home page (T373). The owner noted that the tool's theme did not match the home page while the other pages did.

• The tool now uses the home page's palette through src/tokens.css: plum text and accents, blush rules, white paper, sun for warnings, and square corners. The old blue and grey are gone from the interface.
• The tool loads Instrument Sans from the same site, preloaded like the home page. Numbers stay tabular.
• The tool's 56 px header uses the home page's mark and wordmark, and it still fits a 375 px phone.
• Buttons, selects, inputs, tabs and focus rings follow the home page's primary and ghost button styles.
• The chart's increase, decrease and total colours are unchanged. The PNG download, the Excel export and the printed report match the screen.
• The home page's picture of the tool shows the new look.
