Support low-latency experiment defaults and explicit preparation - #34
Eye now supports pages, lazy fragments, preloaded client actions and server API branches through the same selection/application contract. Opted-in defaults are counted as real arm applications when trusted authority is available, retain independent observation state, and are separated from adaptive policy learning and reporting. Legacy fallback remains unassigned.
Adds explicit and bounded browser preparation, local bootstrap snapshots, resource fallback before application, and published-policy seeding without an extra control plane. Existing receipts and Queue records remain readable. Documentation and compiled examples describe authority expiry, identity, delivery ordering limits and runtime-before-host rollout.
Validation: npm run check (336 tests, types, build and generated API docs), npm run check:package (external server/browser consumers and Worker dry-run), and 3 locked maintenance tests passed. Two independent reviewers approved the final candidate after fixes for reload sample continuity, preparation batching, unsupported-arm fallback and telemetry rejection after application.
