• Passed locally: upstream checker reports current with zero changed tracked files.
• Sanitized reproducible receipt records the tested source/tree, driver hashes, checks, commands, and cleanup. Earlier receipts remain unchanged.
• Passed: GitHub package validation on Python 3.11 and 3.14.
• Passed: branch-specific upstream workflow, using this PR's pin at 0.15.18. The main-branch monitor will use this pin after the PR is merged.

No authenticated model workflow or visual recap was run. ketchup execution and native Claude Code discovery remain unverified. The new installation check used a local source copy, not a remote GitHub URL.
