ryni check .currently scans ignored dependencies and build output. Respect.gitignore,.ignore, repository excludes, and global Git excludes using theignorewalker. Preserve discovery of hidden skill directories unless ignored, and keep skipping nested symlinks.Add
--no-ignoreand repeatable--exclude <GLOB>options. Explicit exclusions still apply with--no-ignore; links into excluded directories continue to resolve normally. Document scan scope, glob semantics, and the effect of global excludes on local versus CI coverage.Validation: 33 tests pass on macOS, including nested ignore files, negation, global excludes, both CLI options, and links into excluded directories; formatting and Clippy pass. The combined implementation retained identical findings across all 15 benchmark repositories.
Closes #3.
