Allow Laravel 13 (illuminate/* ^13.0) and Testbench 11, which brings in PHPUnit 12 as well. Laravel 13 requires PHP ^8.3, so the CI matrix runs it on PHP 8.3 and 8.4 only. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <[email protected]> Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_01XRUa2oTCKpgTUD44yauYsA

There are a few failures resolving the dependencies. |
Composer 2.10 refuses to install packages that are affected by a security
advisory. Laravel 9, 10, and 11 are past their security support, so every
remaining release of them is flagged, which leaves those matrix entries
unresolvable:
Only one of these can be installed: laravel/framework[v12.61.1, ...,
v13.33.0], illuminate/support[v11.0.0, ..., v11.51.0].
Opt out of the blocking for the install step. Those versions are only
installed to run the test suite against them.
