Note - we've updated the way we generate changelogs slightly in this release in order to make generating them easier for the maintainer group. As a result, new resources and improvements to existing resources
will now both be grouped under "FEATURES" instead of called out in separate categories.

KNOWN ISSUE (1 issue)

There is a known issue currently with the gitlab_project_label and gitlab_group_label resources, and their
corresponding gitlab_project_label and gitlab_group_label data sources. When using provider versions 18.0 -> 19.1
with GitLab 19.2.0, the provider will return an error, or will result in a plan-after-apply due to a bug with the
project/group labels "get single label by ID" API. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/work_items/606194 for
more details. We have applied a patch to these resources and data sources temporarily to use the List API instead
so that users can continue to use them, but this patch will only be available if you upgrade to the 19.2 version of
the provider.
