Bumps captainslog to 0.2.0 for the fgumi and fgbio metrics from #5: typed dataclasses, readers, and writers for fgumi 0.8.0 and fgbio 4.1.1, with
PairOrientationandReadTypeshared across the tools that write them. A minor release, since every name 0.1.1 exports is unchanged. After the squash merge, tagging the merge commit0.2.0publishes it.
