Clarify fields

From the user feedback:

• What is "Application Suite"? The note beneath the field is not adequately descriptive.
• What are "Inputs" and "Outputs"? The form offers no guidance.
• What is "Maintenance > Contacts > Affiliation"?
• What is "Maintenance > Switch Country"?
• "Release Date" is required, but not applicable to the project if it has not yet been released. What to put here in that case?

* What is "Application Suite"? The note beneath the field is not adequately descriptive.

The documentation is not any clearer about this. A suite is something like Adobe CC or MS Office. Need copy to describe this.

* What are "Inputs" and "Outputs"? The form offers no guidance.

The documentation makes it clearer. It specifically means what MIME types does the application handle.

* What is "Maintenance > Contacts > Affiliation"?

This is where we would like brigade projects to put their brigade name. Write a nice, descriptive note to that effect below the input.

* What is "Maintenance > Switch Country"?

There is not documentation on this. I think it's for something that's not yet implemented. Let's get rid of it.

* "Release Date" is required, but not applicable to the project if it has not yet been released. What to put here in that case?

This appears to be a bug with the validator. The documentation says Release Date should only be required Software Version is specified.

Thanks @ckingbailey, very precious feedback also for us!

• Application Suite: in many cases, software for Public Administrations are "bundled" together in order to be sold in form of suite. That's where the key comes from. However, I believe this is not very international and the explication is not very clear.
• We had a bug with the validator regarding the date but it should be fixed now, if you still find it can you please explain me how to reproduce it? Thanks!
• Regarding the "Switch Country" that's something we still need to figure out so I believe it's OK to remove it.
