Jay Cho

Process and materials engineer. ALD PhD (UCLA, thin-film solid electrolytes), plasma etch on 5-14 nm nodes at Lam Research, thin-film process integration at Apple. I build AI tooling for fab and lab data and write down where it works and where it fails.

Everything here is a personal hobby, built on nights and weekends with public data and public physics. It is not affiliated with or related to the work of any current or past employer, and nothing uses employer data, tools or systems.
