Release 0.12.0: boards fill the screen, Darts feel

Version 0.12.0 (code 33), with changelogs in all five languages. The en-US one passes tools/release-notes.py --check; node tools/test.js reports همه‌ی 4115 بررسی سبز.

What ships to Android, all already live on the web:

• Games use only part of larger screens (7-inch phones, tablets, laptops) #359 (PRs Boards fill the screen: a core fit slot, first used by Sudoku (#359) #361–Boards fill the screen: Bowling, Tower Defence, Mancala, Backgammon (#359) #366): boards and cards fill tablets, laptops and big phones, and on a wide screen the controls sit beside the board.
• Darts: the dart is too thin, the hit sounds weak, and the flight is a straight line #358 (PR Darts: a bigger dart, an arced flight and a firmer hit (#358) #360): Darts has a bigger dart, an arced flight and a firmer hit sound.
• A board could be drawn squashed when it came out exactly 300px wide (found while working on Games use only part of larger screens (7-inch phones, tablets, laptops) #359, fixed in Boards fill the screen: Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Darts, Chain Reaction (#359) #365).

Why release now: the owner's feedback on 0.11.0 (the dart hard to see, games small on a 7-inch phone) is exactly what this fixes, and the changelog has several real lines.

Diff review

• Only www/version.js (both values) and five new changelogs/33.txt files. The largest is the Persian one at 425 bytes, under 500.
• Every game name in the changelogs uses that language's own name for the game, read from games.json. Not tested: how the Telegram post renders. I'll read it back after the tag.
