2.0.0-rc.11: Lauren's 0148b78, sharpen no longer forbids handing back a rewritten prompt

t3-pstack moves to Lauren Tan's pstack at cursor/plugins 0148b78 for all three components. Only pstack changed upstream, in three commits:

• pstack #712: sharpen drops its final sentence, "Don't hand back a rewritten prompt.", so the skill now ends on "without narrating the framing, then do the work."
• pstack #710 and #713: Lauren's version moves to 0.15.26 and then 0.15.27, in her manifests only.

Her manifests and upstream's copy under harness/pstack/claude-code/ sit outside every synced component.

This PR is Lauren's text plus mechanical version and pin lines. No substitution, fork, hook, or code changed.

Commits

1. Sync. bun tools/sync.mjs moves each component's pin from 4382e68 to 0148b78 and updates sharpen/SKILL.md cleanly. The port's sharpen matched upstream byte for byte, and no rule in tools/substitutions.json matches its old or new text. The 15 declared forks were left alone. cursor-team-kit and thermos synced with no file changes.
2. Release. VERSION and the manifests move to 2.0.0-rc.11. CHANGES gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE, NOTICE-skills, and the README point at 0148b78, and the README's pinned installer command names the new tag. The skill count stays 63.

On T3

The removed sentence named no Cursor tool, path, model, or command, so the change applies on T3 as written. No substitution or fork touches sharpen, and nothing else in the repo quotes the sentence. Sharpen keeps Lauren's disable-model-invocation: true, so it still runs only when the user types /t3-pstack:sharpen on Claude Code or $t3-pstack:sharpen on Codex. poteto-help's row and recipe for it describe the skill's aim, not its last sentence, and need no change.

Checks

• bun tools/sync.mjs <component> 0148b78 --dry-run for pstack, cursor-team-kit, and thermos, before and after the sync: exit 0, no undeclared fork, no denylist hit, no unmatched substitution. At the new pin, pstack reads 119 unchanged files and the same 15 declared forks with 547 changed lines as before. No forked file differs from origin/main.
• bun tools/generate.mjs --check: 17 generated files current, and the hooks freeze check passes.
• GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null bun test tests/ --timeout 30000: 550 pass, 46 skip, 0 fail.
• Scripts: bun run typecheck, bun test orch watch-pr check-plan.test.ts (119 pass), and the Prettier check all pass.
• t3-sheet.mjs against this machine's sheet and catalog: every role line parses and dispatches.

Overview
Release 2.0.0-rc.11 bumps the plugin and installer metadata and pins all three upstream components (pstack, cursor-team-kit, thermos) to cursor/plugins 0148b78.

The only behavior change synced from upstream is in sharpen: the closing instruction "Don't hand back a rewritten prompt." is removed (pstack #712), so the skill ends after "then do the work." No new substitutions, forks, or hook changes; cursor-team-kit and thermos files are unchanged aside from the SHA pin.
