t3-pstack moves to Lauren Tan's pstack at cursor/plugins e5136d8 for all three components. Only pstack changed upstream, in one commit, and its version stays 0.15.25:

  • pstack #633: four principles that banned or prescribed specific mechanisms (matcher names, nil-check guards, an actor census, PID locks) now state the idea an agent derives each call from. test-behavior-not-implementation, fix-root-causes, attack-the-premise, and make-operations-idempotent change, poteto-mode's principles index follows, and /correct's test step becomes the two imagined edits. Its README and docs/guide changes fall under paths tools/upstream.json excludes.

This is Lauren's text plus mechanical version lines. No substitution or fork changed. The port's diff to the six skill files is upstream's line for line.

Commits

  1. Sync. bun tools/sync.mjs moves each component's pin from 6ce45c5 to e5136d8. The four principle leaves and /correct update cleanly. poteto-mode/SKILL.md merges with git merge-file around the declared fork's four rules (platform skill before deploying, stop and confirm an abandoned agent, review gate closed without an independent reviewer, the .audit/<task-slug>.todo.md fallback) with no conflict. No rule in tools/substitutions.json anchors on the changed text.
  2. Release. VERSION and the manifests move to 2.0.0-rc.5. CHANGES gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE, NOTICE-skills, and the README point at e5136d8.

On T3

The restated principles name no Cursor mechanism, so they read the same on T3 as on Cursor. Their links to Build the Lever, Fix Root Causes, the Laziness Protocol, and Redesign from First Principles resolve inside the plugin. poteto-mode's index entries for Attack the Premise, Fix Root Causes, and Test Behavior now match each leaf's description. Make Operations Idempotent's description is unchanged, and so is its index entry. Every principle-* leaf still has an index entry. No port-only file (routing text, hooks, models.json, README) quotes the old wording. Only past CHANGES.md entries do, as history.

Checks

  • bun tools/sync.mjs <component> e5136d8 --dry-run for pstack, cursor-team-kit, and thermos: exit 0, no undeclared fork, no denylist hit, no unmatched substitution. At the pin, poteto-mode/SKILL.md reads as its declared policy fork with 7 changed lines.
  • bun tools/generate.mjs --check: 17 generated files current, and the hooks freeze check passes. Neither hooks file differs from origin/main.
  • GIT_CONFIG_GLOBAL=/dev/null bun test tests/ --timeout 30000: 537 pass, 46 skip, 0 fail.
  • Scripts: bun run typecheck, bun test orch watch-pr check-plan.test.ts (119 pass), and the Prettier check all pass.
  • t3-sheet.mjs against this machine's sheet and catalog: every role line parses and dispatches.

bun tools/sync.mjs moves all three components from 6ce45c5 to e5136d8.
Upstream changed only pstack: four principles are restated as reasoning
instead of rules (pstack #633). test-behavior-not-implementation,
fix-root-causes, attack-the-premise, and make-operations-idempotent
now give the idea an agent derives each call from, and poteto-mode's
principles index and /correct's test step follow. The four principle
leaves and /correct updated cleanly. poteto-mode merged around the
declared fork's four rules with no conflict. No substitution anchors on
the changed text, every rule still matches, and the skill-file diff is
line-for-line upstream's.
VERSION, the manifests, and package.json move to 2.0.0-rc.5. CHANGES.md
gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE.md, NOTICE-skills.md,
and the README point at upstream e5136d8, and the README's pinned
installer command names the new tag.
