2.0.0-rc.4: Lauren's 0.15.25, /ketchup explains changes with pictures - #23

bun tools/sync.mjs moves all three components from 1e5c90a to 6ce45c5. Upstream changed only pstack: /ketchup now explains each change with screenshots, videos, and diagrams (pstack #628), and the version bump (pstack #614), which touches only the excluded plugin.json files. The ketchup file updated cleanly, its three substitutions each still match once, and no fork changed.
VERSION, the manifests, and package.json move to 2.0.0-rc.4. CHANGES.md gets the entry with its behavior-delta table. NOTICE.md, NOTICE-skills.md, and the README point at upstream 6ce45c5, and the README's pinned installer command names the new tag.

t3-pstack moves to Lauren Tan's pstack 0.15.25, cursor/plugins
6ce45c5, for all three components. Only pstack changed upstream, in two commits:/ketchupexplains each change with screenshots, videos, and diagrams, not only where it stands.pstack/plugin.jsonandpstack/.cursor-plugin/plugin.json, whichtools/upstream.jsonexcludes, so t3-pstack still ships no rootplugins/pstack/plugin.json.This is Lauren's text plus mechanical version lines. No substitution or fork changed.

The new
/ketchuptext can be followed with T3's tools. T3's chat renders a Markdown image or video at an absolute path inline, so apreview_snapshotsaved withsave: trueor apreview_recording_stopfile embeds where the text puts it. Fenced Mermaid renders as a diagram in place. One ordering difference stays: anhtml_renderpage always shows above the whole reply, so a chart drawn that way sits before the opening sentence rather than after it.
