Over the years, I've often been asked if there exists a TRD (a 25 pages document used in ICPC-contests) of Pyrival, similar to kactl. The answer has always been no. Every year, this results in people having to make their own document. Typically done by modifying kactl, which takes a lot of time.
This PR adds functionality for generating a basic TRD to Pyrival. I have added all the stuff I think could be relevant from Pyrival into it. It is also easy to add your own code files to it, be it C++ or Python or text files etc. People competing in ICPC could either simply print the PDF or easily modify it to make their own custom TRD.
This will definitely be helpful for ICPC-contests and save a lot of people a lot of time.
I've also added some extra stuff to this that is not typically found in Pyrival. In particular the first page goes over lots of random stuff that you might want to quickly know mid contest. Lots of goodies, like examples of using built in modules, how to format output, etc.
I made this PR mostly to discuss this. Any suggestions for stuff to add/remove would be appriciated.
