PP-Segmentation 0.1.0 已发布，但其转换与来源核验证据从未进入门户： 原 PR #53 被关闭（rc.2 回执改由 #54 落地）时，连带把 reports/segmentation/2026-09-18-feasibility 遗留在本地分支 codex/independent-sdk-priority 上，对应远程分支已删除。 SDK 仓库远端只有 2026-09-18-image-sdk、-original-size、-release-readiness， 没有 feasibility 目录，故这 52 个文件（含上游配置快照、复现脚本、 双后端预览图与 SHA-256 来源锁）是唯一的副本，现从该分支原样取回。 暂存块与分支上的 blob 逐字节一致，未做行尾改写。
补齐路线图"下一项任务"的落地记录：28 条来源锁 + 候选矩阵 （reports/tracking/2026-09-23-model-tracking-feasibility）、 CenterTrack 候选设计与资产门槛计划、替代路线 ByteTrack + YOLOX 设计， 以及本轮门户 sdk:check 回执 tracking-mtf-after-20260923.json。 CenterTrack 的前提"无自定义算子"已被 2026-09-24 实测证伪（dla_up 含 32 个 DCNv2 conv_offset_mask 键），资产计划在任务2 触发停止条款， 故补一条 2026-09-26 停止通知，明确任务3–7 不再执行、36 个未勾项不是待办。 YOLOX 仍是本地候选，未进 package.exports、manifest、Demo，也未发版。
SDK 侧任务2 的键级证据（16 个 DCN 模块 = dla_up 12 + ida_up 4）与设计文首 停止通知"32 个 conv_offset_mask 键全部位于 dla_up.*"矛盾。分布描述按仓库 既有惯例就地划改更正，阻断结论不变。 计划横幅同时补上第二阻断点（dla34 预训练 404，与 mot17_half 键无交集）与 两份 JSON 回执的落地位置（web-sdk-PP-Tracking 提交 b4849d2，PR #12）。

252 行的 plans/2026-09-24-tracking-modeltracking-yolox.md 是 YOLOX 候选据此 实际执行的那份计划，从未进入门户任何分支：PR #59 只取回了设计 spec， 计划正文留在 .worktrees/yolox-candidate-20260924 工作树里且未被跟踪， 一次 worktree 清理就会静默销毁。 同一 worktree 里的 specs/2026-09-24-tracking-modeltracking-yolox-design.md 副本已与 #59 合并版本逐字节一致，不需要另存。 计划正文引用的 SDK 侧产物（src/yolox/、reports/2026-09-24-yolox-assets/） 在 web-sdk-PP-Tracking 的 origin/yolox-candidate-20260924 分支上，本 PR 不改写。

两处证据此前只存在于本地，随时可能丢：
reports/segmentation/2026-09-18-feasibility/被连带遗留在本地分支codex/independent-sdk-priority上，对应远程分支已删除。已核实 SDK 仓库远端只有2026-09-18-image-sdk、-original-size、-release-readiness，没有 feasibility 目录，所以那是唯一副本。而web-sdk-PP-Segmentation/AGENTS.md第 6 行把该路径当作模型 SHA 与来源证据的正式引用。变更

pnpm test：真实源码树 882 passed / 11 failed，11 个失败用例经逐条核对全部出自.tmp/下被 gitignore 的旧存档副本（ppyoloe-release-audit、detection-standard-sod-final、detection-compatibility-before、archive/tinypose-media-portal-2026-09-18）；vitest.config.ts的exclude未覆盖.tmp，故本地脏跑，CI 环境无此目录。pnpm sdk:check --repo tools/sdk-standard-check/fixtures/complete-sdk：locally-compliant，required failed 0 / skipped 7 / recommended failed 1。git diff --cached --check：无空白错误。
