feat: add WorkOS integration

Adds the WorkOS integration (Identity & access). Look up WorkOS AuthKit users, their sessions, MFA factors, organizations, invitations, and SSO connections.

Tools

• Find User by Email (find_user_by_email, GET)
• List User Organizations (list_user_organizations, GET)
• List User Sessions (list_user_sessions, GET)
• List User MFA Factors (list_user_mfa_factors, GET)
• List Invitations by Email (list_invitations_by_email, GET)
• Get Organization (get_organization, GET)
• List Organization SSO Connections (list_organization_sso_connections, GET)

Testing

• The manifest passes the validator ("valid": true).
• Every template was rendered locally with Liquid 5.4.0 against sample responses built from WorkOS's API docs.
• Not run against the live API. No credentials were available, so tool-tester.rb has not been run with a real key. This needs doing before merge.
• No logo is included.

Review notes

• WorkOS API keys are unscoped.
• Invitation tokens and accept URLs are left out of the output.

The root README.md row and .env.example entry for this integration are in a separate PR, so the per-integration PRs do not conflict with each other.
