Refreshes the API guides from certpilot main at 51f86f7, which includes certpilot/certpilot#117. The Certificates guide now says that renewal requests the certificate's lifetime; the other 13 guides only get their provenance line updated.

The sync workflow built this branch itself, but couldn't open the PR, so I opened it by hand:

GitHub Actions is not permitted to create or approve pull requests

This repository has Allow GitHub Actions to create and approve pull requests turned off, and every sync that changes the guides or the route table stops at that step. Earlier failures hid it, because the sync failed before it got that far. Until the setting is on, each of those syncs needs a PR opened by hand, as here.

How it was verified

It's exactly what the workflow committed, in run 36255264047 on repository_dispatch from certpilot/certpilot#117. That run's sync-routes and sync-guides steps passed, the first time since certpilot/certpilot#114. This PR's CI runs sync-guides --check and sync-pages --check against certpilot main.
