certpilot-agent service install registers it with the service manager to start with Windows and restart after a failure. run notices when the service manager started it, stops cleanly when asked, and logs to the Event Log.

certpilot-agent service installregisters the agent as a Windows service: starts with Windows, restarts after a failure, logs to the Event Log. It refuses to install before the host has enrolled. CI installs the real binary as a service, waits for a heartbeat, stops it and removes it.
