A test now checks that enrolment and every later request go through the proxy named in HTTP_PROXY. agent.md gains a section on no systemd, no daemon, a proxy and no root.

The agent already honours HTTPS_PROXY and has
run --once; nothing said so. Adds a test that enrolment and heartbeats go through the proxy, and a docs section for hosts with no systemd, no daemon, a proxy or no root.
