Bumps the pinned PIR engine tag from v3.4.1 to v3.5.
No engine code changes:
git diff v3.4.1 v3.5touches only pyproject.toml (declares sympy and scikit-learn as core dependencies, plus packaging metadata and version), physics_engine/init.py (version string), and a static index.html page that is not part of the installed package. Results submitted with v3.4.1 are unaffected. This makes algorithms/pir/install.sh self-contained instead of relying on the base environment to supply sympy and scikit-learn. Verified with a clean-venv install of v3.5 on Python 3.12. The tag references in regressor.py are updated to match.
