Adds TestReverseDNSCancellationActive, TestGetMACCancellationActive and TestScanPortsCancellationActive, following the TestPingCancellationActive pattern already in the suite: delayed cancel, settle loop, before+3 tolerance. Rebased from #146 onto current develop; the import changes that PR carried had already landed via #145.
