Switches the app image to cashtrack/base-php:1.0.6, built from #234 (PHP 8.4.6 → 8.4.27, Alpine 3.21 → 3.24). This is what actually ships the PHP security fixes listed in #234 to production.

• docker run --platform linux/amd64 cashtrack/base-php:1.0.6: PHP 8.4.27; grpc, protobuf, opentelemetry, redis, intl, pdo_mysql, opcache and the other extensions load; rr 2024.3.4, Composer 2.8.8.
