What

Removes the leftover claude -p coprocess runner that 0063 retired.

  • Delete scripts/lib/{gates,state,resume,pause-retry,learnings}.sh and the old build/review/rework/verify-runtime prompt templates.
  • Delete 32 coprocess-only evals that sourced implement.sh.
  • Keep the 4-line implement.sh / implement-watch.sh stubs (exit 2, point at /build-tdds).
  • Point drafts.sh at tl_json_escape only (no state.sh).
  • Update README so it no longer describes the detached watcher, per-step review, or automatic learning miner as current behavior.
  • Bump plugin to 3.45.0.

Why

Those files were unhooked in 0063 (“stay in tree; not invoked”). They are dead weight now: /build-tdds uses verdicts.sh + run-record.sh.

learnings.sh went with state.sh (it only read the old fragment format). /tdd-author still reads docs/tdd/LEARNINGS.md if present; new entries are human-authored for now.

Verify

All remaining tests/*.test.sh files were run locally and passed, including tests/implement-gate.test.sh.

0063 stubbed implement.sh and pointed /build-tdds at file-backed
verdicts. The old gates/state/resume/pause-retry body, prompt
templates, and coprocess-only evals had no live caller. drafts.sh
now uses tl_json_escape only. Plugin 3.45.0.
