This paves the way for supporting cooperative mulithreading. Currently, we embed two copies of each library: one for p2 and one for p3, selecting which to use based on whether the target world uses any async features. In order to avoid even longer build times, I've published a pre-built CPython WASI tarball which we use by default instead of building from source. This also adds support for testing WIT maps in the test generator, which I meant to include in an earlier commit. Co-authored-by: Alex Crichton <[email protected]>
