Problem

The #47/#61 dependency sweep made new Claude agent SDK, Codex SDK/CLI and Anthropic SDK features available. The issues that adopt them (epic #78, #62–#77) link to a plan document that isn't on main yet.

Change

Adds dev-doc/plan/2026-09-27-post-upgrade-sdk-feature-adoption.md:

• The blocking Claude agent SDK 0.3.283 upgrade (fix(deps): upgrade claude-agent-sdk to 0.3.283 with Zod-safe MCP schemas #62). chore(deps): upgrade G2–G14 #61 kept the SDK at 0.3.239.
• The Codex, Anthropic SDK and app-library tracks, which can run in parallel.
• The Claude feature issues, which depend on fix(deps): upgrade claude-agent-sdk to 0.3.283 with Zod-safe MCP schemas #62.
• Recorded decisions for C1 (headless runs deny by default), C4 (branching follows the Pi / Claude Code / Codex pattern) and C6 (Stop also stops background agents).
• Rules for running the issues with parallel agents, including handling of the claude/index.ts hotspot.

Validation

Documentation only. I checked the commands, paths and line references against this checkout and ran git diff --check. No application tests were run.
