Follow-up to the Mac mini CI speedup review. Generated with the Codex CLI and reviewed.

Concurrency: code_quality, coverage, perf, security and tests_offline now cancel superseded runs on pull requests only (cancel-in-progress: ${{ github.event_name == 'pull_request' }}). Pushes, schedules and manual runs are never cancelled. docs.yml already had this.

Path filters (PRs only): a small changes job (dorny/paths-filter, pinned SHA, on the minis) decides whether heavy jobs run. Skipped jobs report as successful, so required checks never block.

  • coverage, perf, tests_offline: skip PRs that touch only Markdown/MDX, LICENSE, CODEOWNERS or issue/PR templates.
  • code_quality: same, except Markdown still runs because bun run check includes check:docs.
  • security (OSV): runs on PRs that change bun.lock, packages/hyperliquid/.dev/ts7/bun.lock, any package.json (overrides), osv-scan.sh or the workflow. The weekly scheduled scan and workflow_dispatch always run.

The OSV scan itself already runs on the minis (#182), so no change there. Every job stays on [self-hosted, macOS, ARM64] with the fork-PR guard.
