OSV-Scanner fails on every PR since 2026-10-07. Six Next.js advisories published that day affect the docs app's [email protected], and all are fixed in 16.3.8:

Advisory Severity Summary
GHSA-cjq9-62q9-8jv4 high SSRF in Image Optimization
GHSA-mcj8-r9mp-w47p medium SSG/ISR cache poisoning with cross-user content substitution
GHSA-f87g-xv8r-7p7x medium Metadata image routes leak information via a dynamicParams bypass
GHSA-4jqv-mc3x-m676 medium SSG/ISR cache poisoning in self-hosted apps
GHSA-3w37-wq28-93x7 medium Pending use cache fill leaks Draft Mode content
GHSA-39w2-rjm5-chcv low Dev server MCP endpoint leaks information

16.3.8 was released on 2026-09-30, so minimumReleaseAge (3 days) is unchanged. The lockfile change is limited to next and @next/* 16.3.6 → 16.3.8.

Test plan

  • bun install --frozen-lockfile
  • bun run check
  • apps/docs: bun run build (static export with link, anchor and agent-artifact verification) and bun run check
  • CI, including OSV-Scanner
