Closes #58.

This updates the agent-cli repository row and the agent-cli docs surface row in planning/adoption.json. They now link the merged migration PR bloxwap/agent-cli#47 and the validated HIG version 0.1.0-candidate.sha19c75619 (tarballs built from 19c7561 with release:dry-run --channel candidate; nothing was published).

How the #58 acceptance criteria are met, all in agent-cli#47:

• Production checks: the docs build and pass them.
  • Static export: 16 pages, 597 links and assets, 13 social cards, /agent-cli base path.
  • docs:check passes.
  • A new Playwright docs:smoke passes 10/10 in CI. It covers links, search, copy/install, keyboard, 390 px mobile navigation and base path.
• No copied HIG files: no copied HIG token, palette or font files remain. node <hig@19c7561>/scripts/drift.mjs --root . --config hig-drift.json passes, and CI runs it too. On main it reported 6 violations.
• Before/after report: evidence/hig/docs-package-migration records CSS, JS and font bytes and the dependency count.
• Adoption rows: this PR.

The rows also record three dated exceptions:

• the vendored tarballs, until Complete HIG registry rollout and trusted publishing #56
• the font-family bridge, until HIG control CSS should use token font variables, not literal family names #65
• two Radix optional peers installed only because hig-react/recipes imports overlay, until hig-react: widen Radix peer pins and stop recipes importing overlay #63

Checks run: npx vitest run tests/docs.test.ts 5/5 and node scripts/drift.mjs pass.
