Font’s docs binaries now have an explicit canonical-ownership declaration instead of an unresolved adoption note. The config scans all tracked docs files and exempts only the 242 individual Font-owned web/OG font binaries; a read-only CI job runs the actual pinned HIG checker and Font’s existing vendor guard. Runtime packages and all 83,545,680 font bytes remain unchanged. The tooling pin is separate because the older runtime candidate predates the scoped checker.

Validation: frozen Bun install; drift over 383 files; negative controls reject copied token/control CSS inside the font directory and undeclared fonts; removing canonical declarations rejects all 242 binaries. Vendor guard, lint, full types, seven unit tests, production export and 24 Chromium/WebKit HIG/accessibility checks pass. actionlint passes. Hashes and command output are in evidence/hig-canonical-ownership/.

Refs bloxwap/hig#36. Review/merge and physical-device certification remain separate gates. No runtime, dependency, lockfile, rendering or deployment changes.

Refs bloxwap/hig#36. Check docs with the pinned HIG scoped checker and existing vendor guard, exempting only the exact Font-owned binary paths.
