This finishes the docs move to @bloxwap/[email protected], the same migration bloxwap/sfx made in bloxwap/sfx#38 (217eacb). Most of it is already on main in 86010a7 (Closes #48). That commit pins the package to exactly 0.1.1, swaps in Bloxwap Sans/Mono in layout.tsx/global.css, keeps Space Grotesk for headings, switches the OG faces to BloxwapSans-Bold/Black, renames the OFL file to Bloxwap-OFL.txt, and updates the README notes. This PR adds two follow-ups:

• fix(docs): finish the Bloxwap font migration in the embedded chart demo. 86010a7 removed the playground's Geist @font-face rules from the docs copy. The SDK chrome still read 'Geist'/'Geist Mono' through --cts-font/--cts-mono, so the header, rails, menus and dialogs fell back to system-ui. Only theme.fontFamily was overridden, so the canvas status line, drawing labels and scales stayed on system-ui as well. prepare-demo.mjs now:

  • sets .cts-theme --cts-font/--cts-mono to Bloxwap Sans/Mono;
  • sets monoFamily and scaleFontFamily to Bloxwap Mono;
  • fails if any Geist reference is left in the demo;
  • stops copying the unused Geist woff2 files;
  • copies only the Latin BloxwapSans/BloxwapMono faces with a trimmed stylesheet, which cuts the demo font payload from 13 MB to 1.3 MB per deploy.

  check-export.mjs now requires the Bloxwap Mono face instead of Geist. The README describes how the demo handles fonts. The standalone playground and the SDK presets still default to Geist/system-ui, as before.

• chore(docs): align OG Bloxwap Sans TTFs byte-for-byte with bloxwap/sfx. The old copies differed from sfx's only in the head.modified timestamp and the checksums derived from it. Nothing changes visually.

Verification

• node monorepo/scripts/check-font-migration.mjs --repos <chart> passed with 0 findings.
• npm run docs:check (next typegen + tsc --noEmit) passed.
• npm run docs:build passed: 55/55 static pages, "Static export verified: 30 HTML pages, 1607 local links/assets, 25 social cards".
• Embedded demo in headless Chrome:
  • --cts-font resolves to "Bloxwap Sans", system-ui, sans-serif and --cts-mono to "Bloxwap Mono", ui-monospace, monospace.
  • Mono chrome labels compute to Bloxwap Mono.
  • Both faces load (document.fonts.check returns true).
  • No requests fail.
  • The screenshot shows the status line and scales in Bloxwap Mono.
• OG routes in dev: /og/home.png and /og/docs/api/chart.png both return 200 as 1200x630 PNGs. The home card renders in Bloxwap Sans Bold/Black.
