The skill content, CLI installation and canonical public hosting are complete in #50/#52. Close the skill deliverable and move its unverified live coding-agent testnet criterion explicitly into #39, which already owns live lifecycle testing.
Mark the verified content/frontmatter/examples/gotchas and public-hosting criteria complete. Add the original live-session criterion to #39 with required session, commit and lifecycle/journal evidence. Synchronize the issue specs, roadmap, progress/acceptance docs and testnet report attribution. No live test result is claimed; the deterministic harness still reports the agent session as not run.
Validation: build, lint, typecheck and all 103 offline CLI tests pass.
