Publish @bloxwap/agent-cli with bin, Node engine constraints, Bun compatibility; optional single-file binaries via bun build --compile.

Implementation merged in #50. The package has explicit bin/engine/repository/license metadata and no install lifecycle scripts. Smoke tests install the packed archive globally with scripts disabled and exercise installed bunx using both Node and Bun. The GitHub install matrix passed on macOS/Linux with Node22.12 and24: https://github.com/bloxwap/agent-cli/actions/runs/38948468844 .
Keeping the public-install criterion open: @bloxwap/agent-cli still returns registry404. After an authenticated provenance-enabled release, the release workflow must verify actual registry npm global installation and bunx; local tarball success does not establish that publication.
