Adds TrueFastball to the Borderlands 3 SDK Mod Database.

TrueFastball is a Borderlands 2-style Fastball overhaul for Borderlands 3.

I'm only going to post this once, but it applies to all of your MRs. Two points:

• We don't want people creating their own install instructions, because they inevitably end up out of date. The install instructions are on the db homepage
• You seem to have the wrong idea about coop support. If it needs the host to install it, it's not client side.
