The first CI run failed on every job. `npm ci` failed under Node 22 with "Missing: [email protected] from lock file". The lockfile was generated by npm 11, which prunes platform-specific optional dependencies that npm 10 — the version shipped with Node 22 — expects to find. Since `engines` promises Node >= 22.6, the lockfile is regenerated with npm 10 so it installs under both, and the verify job now runs as a matrix over 22.6 and 26.x so a one-sided lockfile cannot be committed again. The Docker build failed on `"/app/public": not found`. The directory is empty and git does not track empty directories, so it never existed in a fresh checkout. Added a tracked placeholder. Also bumped actions/checkout and docker/setup-buildx-action, which Dependabot flagged as outdated on the same run. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <[email protected]>
