This PR contains only the exact generated installation projection:129 inventoried files plus distribution.json. No source-history merge, tracker, evidence, tests or build tools. README copied unchanged from frozen source. Bytes and modes verified against generated candidates.

152 tests pass on integrated source; inventory passes; two candidate builds byte-identical; verify/smoke pass; real Goose1.55.0 isolated Git install/update, seven Skills after each, installed hashes, obsolete fixture removal and stdlib observer pass. Probe rerun immediately before publication preparation.

Authorization and limits
User explicitly authorizes this precise promotion and waives independent review (2026-10-26). This is limited builder verification plus user approval, not independent acceptance. No branch protection bypass. distribution.json release_ready=false remains unchanged; integrity does not assert general release acceptance, agent effectiveness or token savings.
