Owner authorized commit/push/develop merge/generated main promotion2026-10-28. Personal journal/editor excluded. Feature and develop full CI retained. Live conflicted PR preflight verification must occur after trusted workflow/helper closure reaches main. Never merge develop authoring tree into main.
