Diagnoses failed CI40671680755/40671726201. Forced mock lost-update reproduces7!=8; exclusive mkdir ordinal claims repair fixture concurrency. Two-CPU ten-copy launcher workload fails all unchanged15s deadlines with concurrency10 and passes10/10 with file concurrency2. Limits test file fan-out only, production evaluation concurrency/assertions/timeouts unchanged. New concurrent ordinal regression rejects non-atomic mutation. Frozen local full723/723 no skips; candidate before/after SAME; drift pass. Independent reviewers reported favorable source findings but invocations failed completion, no independent acceptance claimed. Owner explicitly authorized correction and manual publication after exact-SHA CI. Personal files excluded. Main remains generated via promotion PR32 only.
