Publishes commit 2e83b6c. Repairs isolated A/B normalization and adds progressive evidence review, bounded reviewer analysis and response opt-in. Source/tests/docs/generated runtimes only; no evaluation reruns or grading changes. Local checks: 722/722 controlled-cwd creator tests, distribution 14/14, production 15/15, runtime drift passed. Independent local review execution remains provisional; owner explicitly authorized publication, not a claim of independent acceptance. Personal journal/editor files excluded. Exact-head CI required before integration; main publication uses generated projection, never source merge.
