v0.13.1: fix Restart/Update/Quit with skill embeds + bug fixes - #13

When proxied_skill_embeds is on, the same-document embed fetch shim
rewrote Settings → Restart/Update/Quit onto /embed/{ce|okstratr}/api/*,
so okstratr/CE answered 404 {"error":"not found"} as a red toast.
Keep those control-plane paths on the Switchbay daemon.

Restart/Update/Quit were the visible tip of the same bug: while a Graph or Agents embed fetch shim is installed, many other shell/Settings paths (/api/fs, /api/runs, /api/okstratr/harness, /api/easter, …) were still rewritten onto /embed/* and 404'd. Expand SWITCHBAY_API_RESERVED_PREFIXES to cover Switchbay-owned daemon prefixes; leave CE /api/page and okstratr /api/desk/* remappable. Also skip mountSidebar when the sidebar slot is disconnected or missing #sidebar. Signed-off-by: benjsmith <[email protected]>

When proxied Graph/Agents embeds are open, the same-document fetch shim was rewriting Switchbay control-plane calls onto
