Add Corvo Edge plugin

Adds Corvo Edge to the Base MCP custom plugins: token safety checks (honeypot, taxes, tradeability), curated token set, live prices and market pulse as no-key GET reads, plus keyed swap preparation mapped to send_calls on Base.

Corvo is a self-custody, chat-first trading terminal on Base (app.corvoedge.xyz). It prepares and checks, it never holds keys or executes. Live spec also served at https://app.corvoedge.xyz/docs/base-mcp-plugin.md and discoverable via https://app.corvoedge.xyz/llms.txt.

Format follows skills/base-mcp/plugins/kyberswap.md. All endpoints are live and publicly testable, e.g.:
