Bumps the locked

There are no application code changes;idnaremains a transitive dependency (viarequestsandyarl).The 3.20 release brings Unicode 18.0.0, stricter domain-length handling in the incremental codec, and Python 3.15 support—relevant only if the app relies on IDNA/domain encoding behavior at runtime.
