(SHOW) ESP/Speaker: Implement Netsender Logging - #162

This change adds a new logging layer which handles the intercept logging from the ESP logging abstraction.
This change adds the required functionality to allow binary pins to be registered, and read from to send them in poll requests.
This change adds a get_logs function which is used to get the last log file from the SD card, allowing the caller to write these to the remote. This change also updates the log format which is being written to file to improve compatibility with the existing logging service.
This change adds a persistent http_handle to the NetSender class to reduce request overhead.
This change changes Pipi to use file descriptors instead of fstreams to improve performance.
This updates the pipi tests to use the new interface.

This change implement Netsender logging. The format is slightly different to existing logs due to the processing required to format a time string, instead just sending a timestamp.
