• Refs atls/infrastructure#1577
• Remove the unused legacy schematic configuration and dependency, along with root ESLint/TypeScript copies superseded by the installed Raijin runtime

How to verify

1. With Node 24, run yarn check --verify. Formatting, lint, typecheck and all five unit tests pass
2. Run yarn version check. The private root cleanup requires no package version decision
3. Inspect the root manifest and lockfile. tools.schematic, direct @atls/schematics, and redundant root ESLint/TypeScript dependencies are absent

Proofs

• Repository-managed Yarn removed the three unused root dependencies and updated the lockfile and PnP state
• Local full checks and version check passed
